The 4th Industrial Revolution is projected to leave 50%+ of the existing production assets in use for decades to come

Intro
Solution

HOW WE CAN HELP

CPNET uses the digital power of AI to help factories unlock untapped physical capacity of their production lines, at a fraction of replacement cost

Business process concept on virtual screen._edited.jpg

Our AI agents deliver human-friendly recommendations for changing the process settings to the operators, resulting in higher performance of the production lines

CPNet uses AI to augment
intelligence of the production
personnel and factory management, supporting faster and better operations decisions in real-time

Our integrated end-to-end solution is designed to create a cycle of continuous material improvement to the targeted KPIs and overall profitability

Industries

WHERE WE CAN HELP

CPNet solution can be quickly customized, deployed, and scale up in a number of core manufacturing verticals, including but not limited to:

Technology

HERE IS HOW OUR SOLUTION WORKS

Leverage existing infrastructure and/or install VERTEX devices and add-on sensors

to enable streaming of hundreds

of operational variables from the

PLC interfaces, along with additional

process parameters, in real time

Configure HEXAGON OS to manage processing, enrichment, and combining
of real-time data, to create a digital representation of operational
environment, visualized in
Power BI and/or similar tools

Deploy self-adaptive OMEGA

AI Agent to production environment,

to monitor the target parameters and KPIs,

and provide real-time recommendations on
if and when a correction to the production regime may be required

Cloud-based TIME FABRIC

ML Engine consumes processed real-time data, along with historical records from ERP / MES systems and other auxiliary sources,

to synthesize and train an AI agent using OMEGA Analytics suit

PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

Depending on the industry and use case specifics, the solution can help to bring tangible improvements in months to one or more of the following critical performance metrics:

Identify feasible regimes optimizing per unit energy consumption under the given production constraints and environmental conditions

Continuously monitor critical parameters to ensure that the process stays close to the recommended trajectory

uptime.png

Understand root-cause for slowdowns based on product mix, raw material inputs, and other relevant  operational conditions

Steadily increase process rate by leveraging  real-time machine sensors information and prescriptive maintenance algorithms

Integrate production, quality and maintenance data to setup an optimization model balancing output quality and maintenance costs

Use the model to monitor quality levels from  scanners and inspection stations, issuing near real-time alerts to trigger preventative tool maintenance

Contextualize output parameters with other real-time and/or quasi-static manufacturing data to gain insights into yield and quality drivers

Introduce additional upstream monitoring points beyond traditional process control metrics to affect the drivers in a precise and timely manner
